A full audit of all rooms can be carried out to ensure a standard criteria is met in line with industry standard as well as meeting any particular rental company requirement.

GUEST INFORMATION

A detailed information book can be produced to cover all aspects of your guests stay if unfamiliar with the property or area.

HOUSEKEEPING           

Depending upon your requirements, daily / weekly / seasonal cleaning schedules will be tailored for your property.  Change over days, linen and housekeeping supplies will form part of the schedule.

Staff will be maintained or sourced as required

MAINTENANCE

Regular and periodic checks will be carried out to provide a schedule of preventative maintenance. Our pro-active approach will ensure we fully understand your property and where necessary produce documentation for future checks and trouble shooting.

TECHNOLOGY

All homes have some degree of technology, be it Wi-Fi, Gate intercom, Alarms, TV & Media Systems

We will routinely test your systems and also gain a full working knowledge to maintain as well as assist guests.

 

ALARM CALL OUT & SECURITY

Based on the alarm system you use and your system provider, as key holders we are the first port of call if your alarm is triggered.  On an agreed basis we will visit your home to ensure your home is secure.

 

STORM CHECKS

Although Provence is renowned for it's beautiful climate, it is prone to the infamous mistral and the occasional thunder and lighting storm. We are there to ensure that minimal damage left unchecked does not develop into a serious problem.
