STEP ONE
We break down the home management into 5 main areas.
Each area will be further broken down into tasks, timed and costed to ensure a robust management system can be provided and implemented. Where possible this will be structured into a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual calendar.
An initial review of the current documentation, systems and requirements will be undertaken as well as suggesting procedures from other properties, before agreeing an index of operation.
An analysis of the current external contractors will be assessed to establish their suitability and level of involvement required.
STEP TWO
Once a comprehensive analysis has taken place, which will involve a hand on approach in most areas, and various operational systems have been implemented, a proposal will be drafted to suggest the best way forward.
This will assess the requirements and skill set for running the property as well as suggesting what level of external contracting crews are needed to assist with gardening / housekeeping / pool etc.
The proposal will involve both a time and cost analysis based on the recommendations.
